Hello! Does anyone have any tips on how to add flanges to curved parts of sheet metal parts?

    Sorry, it's not possible. Onshape cannot develop curved flanges into a flat pattern. If you don't need the flat pattern (and curve flanges to flat pattern is an approximation anyway) then just use regular solid modelling tools rather than sheet metal.
