How can I wrap a half sphere and cut cylinder patterns in it?

I don't know how to achieve this in onshape.

    Combination of:
    - Attractor Pattern Feature Scrip (courtesy of Evan_Reese)
    - a couple of regular Circular Patterns
    - and a few other standard model development Features

    Thank you so much that is perfect, have you got a link to the example you showed @john_lopez363 ? 

    I have tried and failed, it seems to rotate from the edge instead of where the centre hole is, perhaps I should have used the front plane instead of top.

    Changing the plane did not help either.
