Update idea for the Slot tool. (note: this is my first forum post on onshape)

I noticed an annoying thing that i would love to know how to fix. When using the slot tool, it keeps the inner reference line solid, sometimes causing selections to take a tad bit more time. This may sound nitpicky, and i'm sorry if i do. I would love the slot tool to have some sort of option to automatically turn reference lines into 'construction' lines. If anyone has any tips (etiquette, etc) please tell me
