Callout does not get CutList information ?

Hi all,
I try to add callouts in a drawing where there is a CutList table. CutList table is properly filled from the Cutlist generated by the part studio. I try to follow the process proposed in the help (https://cad.onshape.com/help/Content/balloon.htm?Highlight=callout) but anyway I try to do it, the ball remains red and empty.
Can someone guide me toward the solution please?
Here is an image of what I get:

Thanks for help!
Philippe.

Please file a support ticket and share with support. It's possibly a bug in the cutlist or frames code but might be something simpler. Have you made multiple cutlists in your part studio?

Yes I have made numerous cutlists in the part studio, as my model is really complex... and definitely it works well on a very simple example in my sandbox.

I will share the model with support. Thanks!

Did you switch the BOM_item_number to cut_list_item_number?

I am having the same problem with the Callouts not referencing the Cut List on my drawings. I hope this can get resolved soon but I think I have found a work around for this problem. Instead of inserting the table by selecting the Cut List feature in the toolbar, right click on the frame and select "Insert cut list for composite part" from the dropdown menu. Doing it this way seems to have fixed the reference problem for the Callouts.
