Linear pattern of holes

The
problem starts with the sketch "Mounting Holes". If I replicate the
pattern #L/#P times, I get six sets of holes. But then I have to
individually extrude(remove) the holes one at a time. It would make
more sense if I could select the document replicate pattern, select the
two extruded holes, and I would be done. But it won't let me select the
holes!
This rail is part of a generic family
of rails. The one-letter names for the dimensions in the configuration
are based on the (non-machine-readable) CAD drawings I found online for
these rails, which is why they do not seem particularly mnemonic.
Here's the screenshot I am basing the documents on.
So how do I replicate a pattern of remove extrusions so I get the right number of holes based on #L? The number of holes in the pattern is #L/#P. While #N and #P do not appear in the table, I have measured them, but they are part of the configuration. This is an SBR-C12 rail model, which is the only one I am using at the moment.
