Logged on this morning to being unable to open documents.  Is this just me and my colleagues?
Refreshing the browser brings the same message back up.

    I'm only 20 miles from you, so it's not a general Onshape issue - open a support ticket to see if there is anything we can detect our end.

    Now solved.  IT issues on our end. @NeilCooke thanks for checking and thanks to the onshape team for their response, which was quicker than my IT Dept's! :)
