Simple taper, how to

I have this board I made.
The top face must stay as is. That is to say it's the fixed plane in space.
The right face should measure 45mm x 20mm.
The left face should measure 68mm x 24mm.
The bottom face should taper from left face to right face.
How do I make it do this?
----------
Additional information:
I was able to make the front and back sided taper from 68mm to 45mm based on the sketch. Since the top face is the reference plane, that's the one I drew on the sketch. Then I extruded the sketch into the board you see here. I was hoping in the extrusion that I could constrain a plain and define the other plains based off of it. I am not able to do this.

I tried working with the loft function, but it kept reding me out and not modeling.

Fun fact that I didn't realize until I had been using Onshape for a couple of years: if you want to make a solid part, obviously you can extrude, revolve, etc. solids, or if you enclose a space with surfaces, it becomes a part. That's what I did in the Surfaces tab.
This is a very simply model and the simplest approach is a Loft.... Since you are brand new to OnShape and CAD in general TAKE THE TRAINING.... go to the Self-Paced Learning section and go through the Learning Pathways. Start with the "Foundational" courses first, then go through the "Intermediate"...etc. Go in order...then once you've completed the 'Learning Pathways"... then you can take whatever course fits your fancy.
