How do I make a "fillet" in a sketch based on vertex from imported stl

If the arc won't snap, try adding a coincident constraint afterwards.Senior Director, Technical Services, EMEAI1

That's kinda working but I need to adjust it manually to get a perfect curve that's line up, but I'm wondering if there's an other way to do that.
With a 3 point arc, I can't make the edge snap into the point that I marked on a vertex, and it creates a small gap.
