PSA - Cannot Sign In Or Open Documents?


In a recent update we pushed, some users were experiencing issues either signing in or opening documents. This issue is related to the browser's cache and can be fixed by simply clearing the cache.

- Click on hamburger menu in the upper right.
- More tools -> Clear Browsing Data...
- Check only Cached images and files
- Click Clear browsing data
- Click on hamburger menu in the upper right.
- Click on History icon
- Select Clear Recent History...
- Check only Cache
- Click Clear Now
- Make sure Safari's Develop menu is on in Preferences -> Advanced (Show Develop mode in menu bar)
- Pull down Develop menu
- Select Empty Caches
