How can I fix it?

Hi, I am using ASER laptop model ASPIRE 3 and my Onshape program shows "Onshape is not connected. Your document is saved. You can refresh the browser to continue working on this document or return to the Documents page." I tried both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge but it still gives the same result. (I am trying to use my academic email and my personal email.)

It's likely that something on your machine or in your network is blocking websocket requests.
It's like this. What should I do?
It still has the same result.
Is it possible that my device is not powerful enough?
Graphics card should not cause this error. Like John said it may be websockets - run

It will be slow with SwiftShader, but it will work. What does the "Connection" section say? You can hit https://cad.onshape.com/check for a bit more information. Please send the screenshot of that.
I don't know what to do or how to fix it.
Any anti-virus, adblockers or other browser extensions active?
I think my brother might have made it for me.
if it does, what should I do?
If you're not familiar with how to look for or disable any add-ons, can you ask your brother? Browser extensions can be disabled from the browser menu (usually top right) and anti-virus / anti-track software can usually be seen as an icon in your Windows taskbar.
