Need Help!

For some reason, I keep getting the same error- Mate overdefines assembly whenever I try to connect mates on both sides, and I have no idea why I keep getting this error- or what it even means. Can someone help?

The distance between the plates and the length of the beams is different (24in : 24.004in). Besides you don't need all of those fastened mates, 3 is enough.
