Can't access my models: CORS request failed
I'm a newby in OnShape. Hopefully I'm posting my question in the right place.
Started with OnShape a few weeks ago, (on holiday in Italy). Modeling went fine, I got my models "ready"..
Back at home (in Belgium) I wanted to 3D print them,, but after logging into OnShape and double clicking on the design, I got the messages:
"Onshape is not connected. Your document is saved. Refresh the browser to continue working on this document." and
"Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy does not allow reading from the external source at https://127.51.68.120:8181/3dconnexion/nlproxy. (Reason: CORS request failed). Status code: (null)."
What is the cause? Does it have to do with different routers (Italy and Belgium)?
Or is it a setting in OnShape's system/servers?
Would appreciate if any of you could help me out !!! Thanks.

Hi @jean_devel ,
Does this happen with any document you created or does it happen to a specific document? If this is happening for all documents, please check your setup with this page : https://cad.onshape.com/check, post the result here.
If this is document specific, please open a support ticket, with details of the document.

Hi Paul.
I only have one document.
Will do your proposed check next monday, when back home.
Thx for your quick reply.
Jean
I just did the check.
Results in addendum.
Hope this provides enough information to identify the cause of the problem.
This comment may be twice in the system: I entered it, but can't see it. I may have done something wrong first time …
@jean_devel , Thank you sharing the results. I am seeing an issue in the last section Geographical Data - you seem to be getting connected to our servers in the US, while your expected region is in the EU. This could cause increased latency.
Can you open a support ticket? Please do share this information and the problem document.
.Support ticket opened.
Hope it will help.
Thanks for your support..
