Fixing all lines in a shape with respect to eachother

Is there a quick way to take a complex shape (example the outline of a structural steel shape), and quickly constrain all points as co-incident and all lines as drawn so that when any part of the shape is dimensioned in relation to another sketch entity then the whole shape moves together? Want to avoid setting constraints for every line in the shape.

EDIT With a quick test it seems like latest version can move all selected sketch entities together
