Replicate breaking mates
Hey, So I've built some assemblies and they work fine. The parts have zero freedom in the assembly and are all located as I want them to. Then I put that assembly into a higher assembly and it works, it looks great, everything in the initial instance is in the right place but then I replicate it and the replications have parts that are floating in space. This is happening in a couple of my assemblies. It seems to be related to offsets and mate connectors that are not on their initial surface, not all offsets fail, but only the offset mates break (or mate connectors that are not on origin faces), it seems arbitrary which ones. These parts need to be welded at specific locations on the piece so I need offsets or mate connectors but both of those are what fail. I'm stumped. its a complex project and the top level assemblies are collecting errors at a rate that makes them look embarrassing.
A is the correct version, located correctly in its assembly and in the assembly I have nested that assembly in.
B is the replicated version, everything else (even some offsets) has resolved correctly
C is where it should be.
any help would be appreciated.
