What is the best way to create an animation? (to send to a client)

Hello
What is the best way to create a good quality animation - to send to a client?
Background:
I have created my parts and I have mated them successfully in Onshape. I would now like to create a reasonably high resolution animation to send to a client. It doesn't need a sound track. Possibly an animated GIF would do the job. I can get the parts to animate by pressing the Play button on the slider.
BUT:
a) When it animates in this way, there is no anti-aliasing so the images are quite course.
b) Either way, can you recommend what the best (low cost) way to do screen capture would be.
Many thanks
J
EDIT: It sounds like "Licecap" could be useful, but how do I run an animation in high quality mode - i.e. with anti-aliasing?

Here's a previous thread on this:

Meanwhile I have experimented with LICEcap which is a bit basic but does a good job as far as it goes.
My main problem though is to create the original frames of animation themselves. I guess one option is to manually drag the parts backwards an forwards with the screencapture tool (e.g. LICEcap) running. However it looks a bit amateur - for one thing as soon as you click on the part you want to animate you get the orange colour of selection. For another it's then rather hard to drag at an even speed...
You can set it up to record only some part of a window if you like

I don't have much experience with this but those few times when I have needed this tool it's been more than enough.
For actual animation I would suggest something like simlab composer: http://www.simlab-soft.com/3d-products/simlab-composer-main.aspx
