Chamfer Text Embossed onto Cylinder
I’ve run into a roadblock with a design and would like some input on how to approach this.
I have a logo containing text (.dxf) which I use to emboss onto a cylinder. However, the part will be 3D printed, and is required to be support free, so all overhangs (the embossed text) need to be chamfered 45 degrees to the cylinder surface. On a flat surface, this is pretty straightforward, but since it’s embossed on a cylinder, the faces aren’t planar and can’t be extruded. I’ve tried chamfers, ruled and rounded fillets, lofts between the text and cylinder faces, drafts, sweeps using profiles, pipes using a triangular cross section and surrogate emboss, but all result in errors and fail to create the required chamfer due to the varying face widths of the embossed text faces.
Does anyone know of a workflow or FS that would work to chamfer logo/text that’s been embossed onto a cylinder?

Images would help a lot, but in similar situations I've used Draft set to Parting Line with some success. Here's an example. I used a separate draft feature per letter since they don't share a pull direction. https://cad.onshape.com/documents/18c5f5f2106d341883578e39/w/d66da98662f95ea067ca0ee7/e/cf7518b60b641604c6d9227c
