Laser joint got funny?

Until some time ago the laser joint was a beauty and very important feature for my projects, however, today I tried a simple joint and then was when it got funny. Anyone can tell me what it is wrong with this? May be I missed an update?

    I tested your setup with older versions of the feature with similar issues. I think it's something about how your parts are designed. The "Steering Servo tray" (light blue in your image) isn't a flat laser-cuttable sheet, which could be throwing it off.

    I think you are right. In the same document, I just created two walls of a box and the LJ works as expected I will review the design of the part you suggested. I'm pretty sure the problem is there.

    Confirmed. The part design was the problem. Problem solved.
