sketch massing proportion

Hi I have a problem

I created a sketch rotated it with transform and scaled it up by 2.25 the extrude. The problem is that I can not scale the copy of the same sketch without massing up the proportion of the new skecth

    Is scaling the part an option rather than the sketch? I never tried scaling a sketch with constraints.
