reusing a sketch in featurescript

I'm working on what will be a template to 3d print and then used for routing some plywood. One of the basic issues with machining is of course the tool diameter and thus the fillets created in corners. I thought it would be interesting to make a reusable feature to reapply some corner relief to address this. I have already made a featurescript that used a configurable part and a boolean subtraction to do a similar thing for applying ribs to holes. I thought that perhaps a sketch and extrude might be better (more efficient maybe?) but I'm unsure how to go about reusing a sketch with overridden references etc.
Would the reuse-sketch/extrude approach be better than a configurable-part/boolean option? How would I get started with reusing a sketch with replaced reference surfaces in this way?
Thanks for any pointers.
Cheers,
-kyle

Have you tried the "corner overcut" FS:

Looks like both probably a better solution than DIY and also a good reference learning. Thanks!
