Help with Complex "Fillet"

Hi there,

I'm wondering if anyone can offer suggestions on how to create a "fillet" between the edge of the slanted section and the top of the ring but tangent to the horizontal radial edge as shown in blue but flush and with two squared edges

I don't think so but its hard to tell, that looks like the regular fillet tool which creates a curve along the entire radial face.
I'm looking to keep the selected face flat

Depends on what exactly you're asking of this fillet. Easiest solution is to take the fillet exactly to the bottom of the lid, thusly: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/f62756ba36438dddd7c73f9a/w/b120076dd65dbe57887c613e/e/3f0049b6328a3395f8c24dd9

Using width fillet is another option: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/f62756ba36438dddd7c73f9a/w/b120076dd65dbe57887c613e/e/fdf38b0bf83b33c2353886d8

I would probably use a couple of bridging curves and a boundary surface. Then you could make a small chamfer or fillet, and replace that face.

throwing my hat in the ring. This solution is very flexible.https://cad.onshape.com/documents/9a6ca0c6773ba398f1268908/w/c8c32e3b908a8b65897c32dd/e/87810b113552842643c13476
