Difficulties loading a step model

Hello,
I'm a beginner on Onshape, but I'd like to compare it with Fusion 360. I tried to load a rather heavy step model, which loads well on Fusion. It's loaded correctly since I can see a thumbnail of the model (a Bambulab X1C). But when I double-click on it to load it, I get to the “Update/Download” display, and it doesn't load. Any ideas? Thanks

Click the "home" icon bottom left to get to the tab containing the 3d model.
