Creating drawing dimensions aligned with part face

Hi, I'm stumped.
I'm trying to dimension a hole in a face of a sheet metal part. As drawn, the face is not aligned vertical or horizonal as it is not bent at 90* from the adjacent surface. I want to now dimension from the adjacent surface to the centre of the hole and have the dimension aligned with the non-orthogonal face - but I can't get it to work.
This is what my part looks like with the only dimension orientation I am able to achieve;
The part I am working with can be found here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/082e0a24fb3f14c709ad9de2/w/2156d888f34c5c4faed57258/e/eadae7822782d79cc98e657e
Can anyone suggest how I can achieve my requirement?
