RESOLVED Extrude Intersect/remove - Irregular Curve

EDIT: RESOLVED. I figured out the problem. I just needed to redraw my original wedge with an offset and rotate that. I was trying to extrude a surface.

I am trying to make chocolate stamps. The first step is modeling the stamp to fit my molds. The molds are allegedly semispheres, but when I checked the dimensions, they are actually domes. The base is a 31 mm circle and the depth is 16.5.

After much trial and error, I've been able to model the curve I need and finally figured out how to wrap/replace face the image that I am applying. The problem comes when I try to trim the excess of the stamp image. When I was dealing with a true semi-shere, I just did an extrude/intersect with the offset I need (2 mm) and it worked beautifully. I'm struggling with the current file. I wonder if it is because I'm using an irregular shape now (dome vice half sphere)?

Here is the file if anyone wants to take a crack at it https://cad.onshape.com/documents/42d4388e62e0629a7e492fbe/w/52cb5ea28426fc93b6c1805e/e/a0440c9cada2db568fb70154?renderMode=0&uiState=69bee02602ef6135d09f5160
