@don_b when free accounts have excessively high usage, they are flagged. Your documents don't appear to be commercial, but I think it is a good idea that you take the call with Ben to clarify. I'm not sure why this was routed to Ben in Germany, but I will investigate….

We are currently in the process of changing some backend business systems which caused this error, so it shouldn't happen again and we apologise for any distress caused. When commercial companies are gaming the system it is usually pretty obvious, so you would never normally have received the compliance email. Enjoy your retirement and maybe when you've completed your project you can showcase it to everyone?

Check in with PTC/Onshape to make sure it's not spam.
Don't call the numbers in the email. Look into contacts from PTC site.
AI suggested I make a support ticket to ask about it….are there scams about?
Yeah I got a couple of spam messages through the forum messages recently. I reported them to Onshape staff and they took care of it quickly.
I have not heard back with my support ticket except for they received it. and the name in the e-mail is on Linked in and it might not be a Fisch…. does the forum have a discussion about compliance "commercial use" issues?

yes they said it was a mistake….being retired and trying to finish my retirement project before I die I do spend a lot to time here….any suggestions as to if I should do anything different so it does not happen again? It did cause some loss of sleep and a scramble about what to do…..

I purchased a CNC router and this is the first 6 ft of the RH wing many parts match hole drilled….went together like it had eyes however the drawings need changes for every part from completed LH wing parts……Sure wish you had a stretch command.
