Triad Manipulator with value

In an assembly I can move and rotate a part with the triad modification. The movement is only what you see is what you get.
Is it possible keying in a value for a movement or rotation? For example, I want to rotate a part for exact 30 degrees.
Maybe it could work like in the pattern feature. Double click on an arrow or a rotation point of the triad and a box appears for keying in the value. (It would be nice to see this feature in the sket

you bring up a good point. If you we're designing in a part studio, you could add a translate feature. But since you're in an assembly and there's no 'position only' option in any of the mate connectors, I don't believe this can be done without defining and having mate connectors.
You can define a mate connector based on 30 degrees and then connect the part to the this mate connector. It will be part of the history and would regenerate. I don't think this is what you want.
