Rotary cut

On a plate, how can I do a rotary cut, for example a counter bored hole, through the plate and then copy around a set PCD.

    If it's holes you're after, sketch a point where you want one hole to be, dimensioned from the centre (half the PCD), then use the hole tool, then create a circular pattern of the hole feature

    @vic_blackall A counterbored hole can be created using the hole feature. If the hole feature isn't what you are looking for, than my next guess would be to check out the revolve command.
