9-00am to 9-15am in UK
All I get


We need a method of telling users when Onshape is down, if this is the problem. Not had this before? Is this an issue using a browser based CAD system?

    Hi @peter_hall  - I am in the UK and had no problems. Did you try loading another document?

    @NeilCooke No but I tried loading various tabs within same document, one the table came up after a long period of time.
    I will go off now and try to load another document of similar size and also an easy one!


    and that is a small document! No good.

    @NeilCooke Ok, at least I know its a general problem I will try again later. I was worried that it might be because I gave connection permission to Keyshot App.

    I've been getting this also. Frequent dropping back to blue disconnected over the past hour.

    Try it again - you should be seeing some improvement, but still not there 100% just yet
