Export from file selection screen

It would be wonderful if you could export something directly from the menu where you pick your file. Instead of having to fire up the file then export. BTW it's still a bit unclear to me as to how im supposed to export a .dxf. I see that i can right click on a sketch and export as either dxf or dwg and on part i can export as stl. Will exporting by right clicking a sketch give me the entire part in dxf format?

You can right click and export face as .dxf or Sketch as .dxf. Don't think there is anyway you can get the entire part.
You could make a sketch and project/use (u) edges to produce a view for export of the entire part in 1 plane.
