Exporting DXF

My contract manufacturer complains about not closed contours in dxf files exported from OS. Anything I can try to get a closed contour?

    At the risk of being patronising do you have any sketch geometry that does not have coincident points?  ie it looks like they're joined but actually they're not?

    I exported from the face of a part, not from the sketch. If I re import the dxf to an onshape sketch I also get an open contour. I.e. the endpoints of the lines lie on top of each other but are not connected.
