Timecard Update

Mostly minor bug fixes

-aging report showed #id and not #userid
-edit link to timecard from aging wasn't working
-notes in aging identified #id and not #userid

-listed more login information when there is an error

-checked email copy when submit an invoice

    @billy Thanks for updating,

    The copy me email is now working for me.
    The Invoice # in aging report is now correct.
    The invoice # in the list view as disappeared.
    I still can't access timecards thru onshape and need to access thru rustyshed.com.

    Fixed invoice# in listing issue.

    Working on login, I just logged out and back in without incident. The log routine is listing all server responses so we can see what's going on. Please try logging in through Onshape and let's try and figure out what's wrong. Please send me a screen shot of the login communications.

     Another issue is that when recording a partial payment the total in the aging report will not update correctly.

     @billy I've just noticed that the modified invoice # is not correct in the daily report view.

    @billy The email copy me option isn't working again.
    Also there is no option to copy me when emailing an aging report.

    @billy there is a problem in that my modified invoice number is now showing up in the aging report but when that report is emailed it shows the default invoice numbers and not my numbers.
