Fillet on boolean joins?

I have a complex shape created using a boolean subtract and cannot fillet the edges where the two original objects meet. Is this expected behavior? Anyone know a work-around so I can fillet those edges?

I would consider re-sketching one j-hook with only the outer profile (not overlapping geometry, with dimensions and correct constraints) - then use extrude remove (rather than extrude new and boolean subtract after) - then pattern the j-hook across the other side.Senior Director, Technical Services, EMEAI5

Can you make your document public and share the link here? If not, maybe post a picture of the area in question.
I would try making a 0.05" radius (or something small relative to your project) Fillet and seeing if that works.
Let us know!
