Parallel mate is coplanar?

alex_mazzottaalex_mazzotta Member Posts: 1
I'm trying to line up a slit feature in a shaft with the side of the motor. I try to use parallel but it breaks my revolute mate and makes the side of the motor and the slit face coplanar. Isn't that what planar is for? Why doesn't parallel mean parallel?

You only need one revolute mate. To line up the shaft and the motor, expand the mate in the instance list and edit one of the mate connectors. There you can alter the angle of the mate connector.
