    Try 'Reset Password". Not exactly the same but may help.

    @KevinQuigley‌ was it the name of the link that was confusing? I know a common phrase is Forgot my password...

    Apologies guys. I've been snowed under for the last month or so and not had time to use OnShape so I was using the previous Dev-a server login which was now defunct. Everything reset and working.
