How fix part in assembly and How to align a part face to x,y or z direction in assembly?

Hello

As the parts are not fixed my whole assembly is not in correct orientation with respect of coordinate system. 
So how to align a assembly facing in x or y or z direction. 

and how to fix part so that while mating constraints no parts move with respect to fixed part.

    You can place a mate connector on the origin and orient it such that its z-axis aligns to any of the 3 normal axes. Then fasten your first part to that mate connector (using a Fasten mate) and orient it as you would like.

    suyog, you can create a mate connector at the origin first , then you can choose which plane(x-y or x-z or y-z ) as the mate connector plane, it can make the assembly align to any direction as you required ,please see the attached video.
