Mates

Hi!
I'm new to Onshape; I'm also new to constraints driven softwares, and I have to admit that it is a huge step forward, compared to Openscad/Librecad!
I'm working on a double extruder, and need to simulate some movements. How can I add a spring force on some parts, and how can I limit relative parts movements when they touch each other?
For the second question, I tried a tangent mate, but it does not work, as I need that the two parts can also move away from each other...
Thanks for your help!
Frédéric

Viru, as said, I already use tangent mate, but it is not exactly what I need...
