API - download a translated file

I have executed the following API call:
"Create translation from upload "
So I now have the following information:
documentId
workspaceId
resultElementIds
the state is "DONE". How do I download the translated version? I can do it through the UI which seems to hit an undocumented endpoint
cad.onshape.com/api/elements/download/:did/:eid?workspaceId=:wid
However if I try to access that endpoint I get a 403.

The response of this is a file. (I believe it will redirect with a 307 redirect to download). In your case the done response usually will return a href to link to download. The above endpoint does this in one shot.
