What to do when you can't revolve a profile along an Ellipse?
I have a bowl which when viewed in plan is circular for one half and elliptical for the second half. To model the circular half I have successfully revolved the cross section profile 180 degrees using centre as the axis. The second half of the bowl is elliptical in plan, What toll(s) do I need to use to complete the modelling?

I went poking around your sandbox document. There's many great examples in this document.
This is my favorite, nicely done, looks really good,
