How do I convert this into a sheet metal part? Square to Round

Is there a reason the square needs to be rounded? If not, you could potentially make surfaces where two points on the circle go to one on the square, which will be planar, then when you do your sheet metal just thicken those faces and put the bends in.Jake RamsleyDirector of Quality Engineering & Release Manager onshape.com5

The trick is to model the round side first, then on the square side, make the faceted corners parallel with their "circular" counterparts on the other side. This means that every bend will be flat which is how it would be in real life.Senior Director, Technical Services, EMEAI7
