Need help with threading nuts

Hi,
I'm still relatively new to CAD, so please take it easy on me
I am trying to make a long hollow cylinder which is internally threaded, so that I can screw in another piece. I tried following the steps in this video but am still having trouble:
https://www.onshape.com/videos/lets-make-a-nut
Specifically, when I sketch the triangular tooth, I cannot get it normal to the helix. What I am missing? The sketch for the cylinder is on the top plane. It is extruded perpendicular to the top plane. I have tried sketching the tooth on the front and right planes without success.
My project is here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/d60ba5a2d4967a56c0268417/w/3959d4f30bffb543413aaf3f/e/329f58c3f976acafe6b497c9
Thanks in advance!

You will can create a "curve point" plane on the start of the helix...then sketch the triangular tooth on the plane you create.
1- click plane icon
2- select "curve point" from the icon
3- select the vertex of the helix, select the edge of helix (end point of helix and then the helix anywhere)
With this new plane you can then sketch your triangle and sweep the profile.5
