Sheet metal help, am I being a bit thick?

Hi folks.
Not sure if I'm being a bit thick or if this is a bug. (SM newbie I'm afraid.)
In the model below I'm close to what I'm after but the side flanges bend the wrong way, all 3 should have the same orientation. However If I flip their direction the model fails. I'm confused as I don't see how reversing the direction of the bend would change the geometry of the flat part? How can one direction be good but the other bad?
If anyone is willing to give up their time to educate me I'd be grateful.
The issue is with the last feature named "Flange Sides"

As an aside these things cost £55 each in the UK. If I can cut them in house onshape will have paid for itself providing we need at least 2 a month
Cheers,
Owen S.

If you do your own corner relief, you can get the shape you want. See here. https://cad.onshape.com/documents/58a484bdbaa7e90f794b330b/w/cc7424e2fb320131e13b0327/e/a3c7094d0beea8b3a325d107
