Can someone help me get my project designed?

Hello,
I am new to 3-D CAD and having a tough time getting the hang of it. I watched quite a few videos, read through the 617 page Manual, tried many hours to get it accomplished, yet still stuck. I have a public design called Test5 that I have partially completed. The next step I am trying to achieve is to make a concave extrude/delete along the bottom from the arc of the lower 3 point circle on the right face, all the way to the bottom left. No matter what I do I cannot get the arc of the lower 3 point circle to be coincident, so it is not attached to the rest of the object and that alone is preventing me from proceeding.
Once I get past that, I intend to separate the bottom to fit as an interlocking cover, make the solid into a shell so that I can add/mate internal standoffs from the top (I started a standoff on "Test3"), add/mate matching standoffs for 6-32 FHS on the bottom cover and then add/mate PCB card guides, extrude/delete holes in the shell for parts and other internal modifications to get this ready for 3-D printing.
Thank you for even looking at this, more thanks for your assistance.

You need to make your arc a solid (close it in). And also use the "use" command to reference your part's other edges.
That being said, I copied your Test5 project and went through and cleaned things up. You had a lot of unnecessary steps in there, undefined sketch geometry, etc. Have a look at what I've done in the link below and see if you can spot the differences. I think this gets you through the first paragraph of your question.
