Feature Request: Choose unit on Collada export

I just had a hard time to figure out why resizing wasn't working well on Collada files exported from my millimeter setted Workspace.
It turned out it was being exported as inches regardless of my Workspace settings, and I had to go through all files changing
<unit name="inch" meter="0.0254"/>
into
<unit name="mm" meter="0.001"/>
I would be grateful if able to choose units when exporting Collada files, the same way it is able to do with STL files, or at least to have something indicating me that the files are being exported with inches.
