How to rotate individual entities after a linear pattern

I am trying to draw a camshaft with 16 cam lobes on a concentric shaft. I have 4 of the lobes drawn and I want to use a pattern, or another way, to copy the 4 for the rest of the camshaft based on the firing order. I can do this by using the Transform command but then I have 16 parts on the main shaft that limits my fillet and other options. Any help would be greatly appreciated. One of my models is under LS1 Camshaft and another is under LS1 Camshaft New if that helps to look them over.
Thanks,
Chris

then add your fillets
Other than that, looks like your going the right direction
