Modelling a jacket

Hi,
For a school project my group and I are modelling a jacket that we designed. However, we have found it difficult to make Onshape conform to the shape of a jacket. Do any of you have suggestions regarding making curved, rounded surfaces that would be common in a jacket? For example, we are currently trying to model the hood of the jacket, so would we use loft to get the curved back of the hood? Thank you
