Updates to Spur Gear feature

The custom Spur Gear feature has been updated:
1. Fixed dedendum calculation.
2. Added option to set dedendum factor.
3. Added root fillet size options including full round fillet.
4. Improved performance by up to 4x (thanks FeatureScript Profiler).
Note: Updating existing Spur Gear features may cause some assembly mates to fail - edit the mate and reselect the mate connector on the gear.
Existing Spur Gear features and the feature icon in your toolbar will have an update icon next to them. Right click the icon to update your toolbar to the latest version - this will use the updated feature only on new Spur Gear features. Unless you need to take advantage of the updates there is no need to update your existing Spur Gear features. To update an existing feature, right click and select Update linked document.
