How do I rotate a sketch 90 degrees?

jim_thompsonjim_thompson Member Posts: 7
I started my sketch in the front view.  My 3D printer software needs the part in the top view.  How do I rotate my part 90 degrees so it appears properly in the Top View?

You can simply change the plane for your sketch. To do this, go to edit your sketch and delete front plane; then click top plane instead.

I first tried selecting the plane and hitting the delete key.  That deleted everything.  I finally discovered that the front plane was listed in the box below sketch 1.  I then deleted and selected Top.  Its easy once you know how to do it.  Thanks
