Custom tolbar enhancements

- Ability to include custom features to a tool set. Often custom features are used more than some official ones.
- Ability to remove official features from the toolbar but still access them from a drop down menu for occasional use.
- For drop down features such as the helix, it would be nice to be able to pick the default feature, 3D spline in my case as It is my most used feature from this list.
