How do I connect to Onshape?

I'm trying to play around with Onshape, but I can't seem to get connected. I'm on a network connection via Chrome, but everytime I try and open or create a document I get an error saying "Onshape is not connected". Has anyone experienced this before? Is it possible that Onshape can't get passed my firewall-ed network connection? Thanks in advance.

@scott_jenne In that case, there is not much we can do. You will need to discuss this with your IT and allow websockets from onshape.com domains.

@scott_jenne If you go to the ? menu and select Feedback you can tell us much more about your specific issue. My guess is websockets.

Your IT might need to allow websocket traffic.Lou Gallo

Thanks LouGallo, the websocket test came back showing that my browser does support websockets. I'll try using the feedback route.
Thanks!
