Plane Line Angle Fix - When a plane is created by a line angle, the plane flips upside down when original sketch line is rotated too far. This can cause problems when it flips all of the sketches on that plane.

This is one of those things we are looking into and is hard to control. When the normals flip on the sketch it had very undesirable results.
