Does Onshape support 15+ people simultaneously working on a project?

Currently, we are drawing a moon buggy in Onshape. We have subassemblies and a large assembly. However, to constrain the subassemblies to the main assembly, it is changing the view and moving both parts and throwing off the assembly completely. Is there any way to counteract this? Also, we are having multiple people working on the assembly at the same time, which is supposed to be an advantage of a cloud-based CAD system. However, we are having 15+ people working within the same few subassemblies and it is crashing Onshape. Is this a support issue from Onshape or is it just because of network issues on our side?
